The main goal of Playa Mujeres can be traced back to our father’s vision, which we turned into our philosophy; to create low density, tourist oriented residential developments, with a strong sense of both, full respect for the environment as well as cutting edge technology, this is how we conceived Playa Mujeres Resort.

Our logo is designed after the Chit Palm Tree, an indigenous endangered species, in which we take special pride and care in protecting. It is calculated that within our walls, 65% of the world’s population exists.

Lined by 2.3 miles of white sand beaches and a mere 5 miles north of Cancun City, it is already considered as one of the most exclusive residential-tourism-hotel golf developments in Mexico, with a focus on the high end discriminating traveler who’s spending is seven times higher that the average tourist.

The master plan for this low density gated community was designed by Hart Howerton, and it is structured and planned with full respect for the abundant flora and fauna indigenous to the site. This master plan consists of 8 hotel mega-lots, 7 residential mega-lots, 8 mega-lots dedicated to single family use, 2 world class championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman Golf Course Design and operated by world renowned Troon Golf.

A Marina with 180 slips with full service hook ups, ocean view commercial zone, facilities for the practice of water-sports and tennis courts will be developed.
